DeFi aims to do just that, "defy" the rules of engagement and create a pathway for artists to thrive within the television and film music space. Not only does the name represent a sense of defying the norm, but our name is also inspired by the crypto term, as we aim to stay connected as a peer-to-peer creative network with all of our artists collaborating with each other to strengthen their art form as well as help increase each other's catalog for synch.

After many years and hundreds of tv, film, recording, and industrial projects, DeFi is solely focused on offering TV and Film companies, producers, directors, and music supervisors the best quality music. Quite often have we heard from industry reps and professionals that most other catalogs sound stock, lifeless, cookie cutter, or like the factory setting is turned on. Here at DeFi, not only do we have the ability to offer quality music from our artist roster catalog, but we are also able to deliver specific content that tailors to a scene or a request from a producer or director. We take a composer approach to creating full songs that align with a scene's emotion and energy. That is where we thrive and strive to be different.
